One more time Microsoft decided to release updates without checking the impact to known Server devices that raised major critical problems to Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2012 R2. After applying Microsoft updates of January 2022 the operating system after 1-2 minutes pop up a notification "Due to windows problem the device will restart". This happens repetitively.
The only immediate solution is to uninstall the 3 updates (2 system and 1 security). Administrators must act very quickly and uninstalling one update per time before next restart occurs. The systems that faced problems are DELL POWER EDGE T320 and HP PROLIANT 380e GEN8.
Administrators must not forget to hide updates so will be available during the next updates checking.
