When you perform a fresh DELPHI XE6 installation some packages aren't enabled for usage. One important package that is missing includes the TClientSocket and TServerSocket components.
You will need to add the dclsockets package to the IDE.
Go Components --> Install Packages
click on add
Move to folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Embarcadero\Studio\14.0\bin and select dclsockets200.bpl
Click on open and Ok
